In order to enter in the administration of your electronic commerce site, go to
and insert your login and password that you have chosen in the registration phase.
In the products area it is possible to add or modify one product of the catalogue. This product can be directly matched to one family or subfamily.
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT: The catalogue is structured as follows:
A family can contain various sub-families.
Structure Families:
This Area allows you to visualise the structure of all the existing families in the catalogue with their own sub-families. Clicking on the respective sub-families you can return to the previous passage and modify, cancel, add a photo or image on the specific field: " Photo Family (small) ". Be sure that the photos and the images are always in GIF or JPG, or they will be refused.
Clicking on such command (Families Structure), the entire directory of the families with their sub-families will appear . Clicking on one that you have chosen, a window will appear that will bring you back the selected object, where it is possible to insert a small description and/or image. Going to the Home Page of the site and reloading you will be able to see the modifications you have made.
You add Families:
Here it is possible
to add the single families that you desire to create, with their eventual subfamilies. If
you desire to create just the single family, insert the chosen name in the appropriate
area; on the contrary if you desire to create a sub-family, write the name that you want
in the field " Family " and then subsequently specify, in the voice "
Subfamily of ", the family already created previously. In this way it is possible to
create various families with the subfamily.
When you insert one new family or/and subfamily it is possible to assign a small photo or
image, that will be visualised on your site clicking on the respective family, where you
have assigned the image.
A product can be linked both to a sub-family and directly to a family.
It is possible to visualise the products already included in the catalogue in the field "List" and to modify the single
fields ( product code, quantity, price, etc), or to cancel a single product. The following controls are available, and they are accessible from the respective icons:

In this area it is possible to add the price of the product specifying the subfamily or the family where you want to put it, and to add the quantity. If you wish, you can insert this product between the special offers. In the photo field, you can match every products to an image GIF or JPG, with a description of the product, without limits to the number characters.
Once all of the fields that describe the entire product with its photo and description have been filled up, click on the push-button "Add " and the product will be immediately recorded and visible on your site.
In this area it is possible to search for a product in order to carry out some modifications.
Every product can have a brand, a small image and the web address.
List
It is possible here to list all the products to which one brand has been assigned. When all of the list is visible, you can administrate the functions of modification and cancellation of the selected brand. By clicking on the green button "M", you can return to the passage of the introduction of the brand and modify as you wish. The red button "C" allows you to delete the brand you are looking at.
It is possible here to add one new brand assigning, the name, one small image, and also the personal site where the same product is visible. Search: With this command it is possible to search for a product. Before starting you can limit the search setting up personalised parameters. When you have selected the chosen fields, click on the key "Start search".
This function allows you to see the entire list of the registered customers, to whom a personal discount on the marketable goods is granted. Such discount are decided, then selected by the single administrator of your own site of E-Commerce.
By clicking on this control, it is possible to have a list of all the customers registered on the Home Page of your site of E-Commerce. By joining a club, every customer will receive a code by e-mail to confirm their registration. Now the administrator can control the functions of the enrolled customers and so decide whether or not to assign discounts to the customer, who can enter all the part that is purposely reserved for those people recorded. When the customers are selected from the administrator and given discounts, they are classified under the push-button "List discount". In case the customer needs to modify his personal identifying data, he has to request from it the system administrator, as only it you can make such modifications.
Clearly the site administrator can also carry out the cancellation. He can do it either in the List/Modify or in the Discount List. Search: here, it is possible to search a customer with several possibilities to choose from. In order to simplify the search you can set up some personalised parameters. Writing in the appropriate space the customer’s name you wish to search, and subsequently choosing one of these two possibilities: " At least a field - All the fields " or "Part of the field - Entire Field" it is possible to limit all the answers. You have several possibilities of combinations for the parameters, example:
Add
Here the administrator can carry out a new registration of the customer without inserting him in the Clubs of the Home Page. The administrator will personally assign the customer code instead of sending it by e-mail automatically.
List/Discounts: here it is possible to have the customer list to which a rebate has been assigned.
Here the retailer can register himself and therefore have his own price list, with discounts or without.
By clicking on this function the entire list of the recorded retailers can be seen, (as such as on a page recalled from the Home Page), where it is possible to modify whichever field introduced incorrectly by clicking on green "M", or to eliminate the recording by directly clicking on the red "C" and confirming again the cancellation. Add: here the registration of a new retailer is carried out, who must supply to the administrator his personal data. Such data has to contain, his region, that will be seen from the page recalled from the Home Page. The Retailers will appear in alphabetical order of the region.
This is the function that allows the customer to receive the order that has been carried out through the bank transaction. List: here the administrator can control all of the orders carried out by his customers. By clicking on the green "M" the customer’s order on details can be seen. By clicking on the red "C" the order will be cancelled.
This procedure allows you to load all the data of the catalogue at once from external database (ex. a Microsoft Access), that can comfortably be created and be modified offline, therefore without being necessarily connected to the Internet network. It is possible to suspend the upload of the images to start it again later from where it left off.
In order to allow the visitors of the site to carry out purchases with their own Credit card, it is necessary to receive a list of One Time Password on the text file, from Banca Sella, and upload it in the database. The OTP are passwords use-and-throw that they will be cancelled, when the transaction is finished, and they cannot be re-used. The procedure of import of the password can demand time, for which we kindly ask you to be patient during the transfer of the data. In order to visualise and to cancel/confirm the transactions, you can approach the "MOTO mode".
It is possible here to insert some news that will be visualised on the Home Page, in such a way that the administrator, having any news, can communicate it to the customers. List: here it is possible to have the list of news that the administrator has put on-line on his Home Page, and that he can modify. Clicking on the green " M " it will be visualised in the initial window at the moment of the breaking in of news, it will be possible therefore to modify whichever field. Clicking on the "red C", it is possible to cancel, confirming a second time, the news published in the past. Add: this option allow you to write news that you want to be published on the Home Page. After you have written what you want the customers read, clicking on "Add ", the news will be immediately published on the Home Page; a reload will allow the news to be seen.
Here the administrator can give access to the administrator of the electronic commerce site. The administrator will have to fill up the fields with personal identifying data of the future customer, assigning a level of entrance, which depending on the level, he will not be able to approach all the areas available to administration. List: here it is possible to visualise the directory of the customers recorded from just the administrator of the site. Clicking on the green " M " it is possible to return to the initial window of the introduction of the customer and to modify whichever field and to change the level of access to the administration area, if desired.
With this function it is possible to add a new customer for access to the administration area. The same administrator, at the moment of entering the data of the new customer, will choose the level of income to the area. Once all the fields are filled up, it will be sufficient to click on "Add " and the new customer will be recorded and therefore present in the list.
This option allows the administrator to search for a customer. He can carry out the search for last name, name, password, or for level. Choosing the level assigned to the customer, the customer with the level chosen by the administrator, in the moment of admission will appear. Moreover it is possible to search for a customer with several possibilities to choose from, in order to simplify the search by setting up the personalised parameters. Writing in the appropriate space the name of the customer to search, and subsequently choosing a way of searching between the two possibilities: " At least a field - All the fields " or " Part of the field - entire Field " it is possible to limit the answers. It is possible here to manage the diagram site of E-Commerce, modifying to your chosen background, font, link, titles, logo, banner, etc.
From this panel of commands you can add new files onto your site, modify or cancel those existing. Between parenthesis, the dimension in bytes is indicated for every file. Press the key BROWSE and select files from your own system (from the hard disk, floppy, CD-ROM, network...) therefore press SEND to memorise on the site. Press CREATE in order to create new files empty and to write in a new text (page HTML, page RML, files TXT...). Or to select files in the list on the left press: New window VISUALZE - in order to open one and to visualise in it the files;
MODIFICATION - in order to open an editor of text and to modify the content of the files; RENAME - in order to change the name of the files (you will be asked the new name); CANCEL - in order to cancel the files (you will be asked to confirm). Finally press EXIT in order to return to the editor of the site. Several images: From this page it is possible to carry out the upload of the images used in the site of the store.
Logo Society: clicking on the appropriate space, it is possible to change the large logo in the Home Page on the left, of the society. Such operation will be carried out using the command "replaces image". Small Logo: the small logo of the society will be low situated on the left button in the Product List. It is always possible to substitute giving the confirmation "Replace Image". Sponsor Banner: it is possible to insert an advertising banner in the list produced on the left over the directory of families. This operation can be possible executed clicking on "Browse… " the banner in gif or jpg that is desired, and subsequently "Replace image". In order to see the modifications made, it is necessary reload on the Home Page of the site of E-Commerce.
Here it is possible to have a general situation of the shop. The amount of the Families, Sub-families, Brands, Other Customers, Recorded Customers, Retailers, Used Articles, Password, acquired and inserted by the administrator in the proper virtual store, are visualised.
By Clicking on this control the options Menu will be visualised in a various way.
